Sport is not just for athletes anyone can exercise and at any stage of our age. In this essay, I will discuss sport based exercise and it's benefits on the human body and risks of exercise on the human body.
First of all, sports activate the mind and increase intelligence and increase the activity of memory and strength because it increases brain activity .For example, exercise reduces levels of stress hormones in your body, which are normal mood factors that can maintain stress and depression, and at the same time, stimulate the production of endorphins .Also, exercise helps to lose body fat , increase fitness , build muscle and strengthen bones. In addition, sports and obesity do not combine. Sport keeps the body slim because it burns fat.
On the other hand, human body can be adversely effected by doing over exercise .There are many risks and negative results from this. It causes physical harm. For example, it causes the ligaments to tear and makes you feel painful in different parts of the body. Also it may cause fractures, atrophy, and bruises .As we know this takes a long time to be treated. Exercising on a regular basis with neglect of some matters, which leads to some damages: fatigue and fainting, due to exercising in the hot sun, or under very high temperatures. Loss of body fluids and dehydration due to not drinking enough water.
In conclusion, sports are important. Such as running, cycling, and weightlifting, are all particularly effective ways to burn calories and build muscles. As we said we should do it daily or at least 2-3 times a week. With considering body, we should exercise them in moderation. Thus we will maintain health.
