Good and Bad Effects of Exercising                        


"To enjoy the glow of good health you must exercise." -Gene Tunney-. Exercising is an important part of our daily routine and we practice it at any time. Sport is not just for athletes anyone can exercise and at any stage of our age.  In this essay, I will discuss sport based exercise and it's benefits on the human body and risks of exercise on the human body.

                  First of all, sports activate the mind and increase intelligence and increase the activity of memory and strength because it increases brain activity .For example, exercise reduces levels of stress hormones in your body, which are normal mood factors that can maintain stress and depression, and at the same time, stimulate the production of endorphins .Also, exercise helps to lose body fat , increase fitness , build muscle and strengthen bones. In addition, sports and obesity do not combine. Sport keeps the body slim because it burns fat.

                   On the other hand, human body can be adversely effected by doing over exercise .There are many risks and negative results from this. It causes physical harm. For example, it causes the ligaments to tear and makes you feel painful in different parts of the body. Also it may cause fractures, atrophy, and bruises .As we know this takes a long time to be treated. Exercising on a regular basis with neglect of some matters, which leads to some damages: fatigue and fainting, due to exercising in the hot sun, or under very high temperatures. Loss of body fluids and dehydration due to not drinking enough water.

                    In conclusion, sports are important. Such as running, cycling, and weightlifting, are all particularly effective ways to burn calories and build muscles. As we said we should do it daily or at least 2-3 times a week. With considering body, we should exercise them in moderation. Thus we will maintain health.

Good and Bad Effects of Exercising

 

        A sound mind in a sound body ", if we contemplate this proverb we will find a kinship I mean a relation between mind, which is a symbol of mental exercise (thought) and body, which is a symbol of physical exercise". One of the most important things for a healthy body and healthy mind is exercise and this is an indication of the importance of exercising. On the other hand, the biggest risk factor maybe exercise. Exercising can be beneficial or dangerous.

 

  

         First of all, Sport has many benefits that result from its exercises, such as  weight control, increased activity, and vitality, stimulating positive feelings, and reducing diseases. The exercise strengthens the muscles and bones and gives those who exercise it a wonderful physical fitness that makes them less susceptible to exhaustion. To get the most benefit, a person must train (5-3) times per week with two rest days. Physical health is very important. According to the medical New study, the physical health of sports practitioners enables them to live long lives and to be happy people who enjoy all their energy without a chronic illness.

 

          On the other hand exercising regularly, while neglecting some rules, may lead to some risks. According to the American Sports Council, excessive exercise may result in insomnia or depression or physical injuries. There are very common and dangerous practices such as doing strenuous sports while neglecting to rest, not eating the right food, and eating excessively stimulating pills like athletes. Many believe that the length of time in doing exercise plays the most important role to give the best results, but the truth is exercising properly and following the foundations and rules of the sport have the largest role.

 

 

             In general, Exercising brings many health benefits to the body, but when exercising excessively or incorrectly, exercise becomes harmful to body health. Although the benefits of sport outweigh the risks, care must be  taken to beware of some potential risks.

Good and bad effects of exercising

 

Exercise is considered a gem of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. People are advised by trainers, doctors, and psychotherapists to spare half hour for exercising consistently. It possesses more benefits than the demerits to the body and mind. The whole body rejuvenates with exercising for a half hour consistently. Exercise coupled with advantages tone the muscles but it equally possesses some bad effects on your body. The good effects of exercising include maintaining health and releasing stress but can cause injury and heart attacks as well. 

First, exercising maintains health and releases stress from a person. Doctors advise the depressive person to exercise half an hour daily for releasing the endorphins stress hormones consistently. It energizes and rejuvenates the mood of the depressive person. Obesity is getting controlled through regular exercise. The British journal of pharmacology called to exercise a "psychoactive drug" for the depressive person. It keeps a person relax and calm. The mind and body are harmonized through exercising daily. Thus, it helps to health and stress magnificently. 

Conversely, the bad effects of exercising can cause injury and heart attacks. Many athletes get heart attacks after doing excessive exercises. In particular, some exercises possess a risk of injuries to a person without a trainer. The research of the injury epidemiology in 2015 assured certain exercises as the source of injury in a body. The cardiac attacks are more prone to already heart patients during exercise. Thus, checkup by a consultant is mandatory for those heart patients after exercise.

 

Good and bad effects of exercising show exercising better for a healthy life. Exercising make the body free from the accumulation of fats, cholesterol, and carbohydrates. All these factors make exercise advantageous over its demerits. The bad effects of exercise can be overcoming the fatigue and tiredness through precautionary follow-ups. Additionally, the person must ensure the psychological addiction to exercise. Some people get psychologically addicted to exercises to a point, where they neglect the bad effects of exercising daily.

Thus, concluding the above discussion, it can be said that exercising possesses advantages and slight demerits as well. The person has to be aware of the bad effects of exercising daily. The neglect of health can cause serious injuries in the body. It is up to a person to extract a good effect rather than getting the drawbacks of the exercise. The prudence of the people and consultation of the trainer can prove more advantageous in exercising daily. And the benefits of the exercise can be reaped without the harm associated with it.
